What Is Pharmacy First?
Pharmacy First is a new NHS-funded service that allows patients to receive assessment, advice and treatment for several common conditions directly from a trained pharmacist—without needing a GP appointment. This service is designed to make healthcare more accessible, reduce waiting times and help patients receive faster support for everyday illnesses.
The Village Pharmacy is proud to deliver this service in partnership with the NHS, giving eligible patients free consultations and NHS-funded treatments where appropriate. Our pharmacists are fully trained to provide clinical assessments and guidance within a private consultation room, ensuring you receive professional and confidential care.
